PAYMENT OPTIONS

• CREDIT CARD:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover are accepted as payment for orders or account balances.  Credit cards are not charged until the product is shipped.

• PRE-PAY By CHECK or MONEY ORDER: Orders may be prepaid by check or money order.  Add 10% for shipping & handling.  Louisiana companies add 4% state sales tax or provide tax exempt number.

• COD:  A 50% deposit is required on all COD order.

• NET 30:  Net 30 day terms are available to accounts with approval of credit references,  General requirements are: minimum of 3 verifiable trade and 1 bank reference, and must be under current ownership for more than one year.  Processing of new application takes about 6 weeks.  If an account becomes delinquent, no shipments will be made until the account is current.  There is a 1.5% finance charge per month on unpaid invoices, after 30 days.  Delinquent accounts are responsible for all collection fees.  Credit privileges can be revoked at any time by Faust Heirlooms or Ceramic Treasures, Inc (parent company).

• All payments must be made in US dollars.

• NSF Checks:  Checks returned for any reason are subject to a $25 per check charge; future orders may be subject to credit card or pre-payment terms.

PRICING

• All items are priced per piece, pair, or set.   Prices are subject to change without notice.  

• To expedite order delivery Faust Heirlooms will backorder product when the dollar amount exceeds $50.00.  If your store does accept backorders please inform us at the time of order.

• If items are on backorder over 6 months, you will be notified when the item becomes available.

• Backorders will be charged the usual amount of freight associated with that shipment.  Only one order will be made for any given order.  

SHIPPING

• FOB, New Iberia, Louisiana

• All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx unless other arrangements are requested.

• Orders for merchandise generally ship within three weeks of receipt of order, with exception of peak seasons or market items.  Orders with first time personalization services normally take six weeks.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We do provide international shipping services.  Please contact our office for additional details.

CLAIMS & RETURNS

• Any damage merchandise must be reported upon receipt of shipment.  All packing materials (damage item & all inside packing material including outside box with address &  tracking labels) must be retained for carrier inspection.  Claims reported after 10 working days from receipt of shipment or all packing material may not be honored.

• A restocking fee of 15% applies all returns.

• There is a 15% restock fee on all refused shipments in additional to all freight charges.

• Charges for cancellation will depend on the status of the order at the time of cancellation.

• All prices are subject to change without notice and supersede all previously advertised prices.  We reserve the right to limit quantities.   Although all information on this website has been checked carefully for accuracy, typographical errors and omissions occasionally occur and therefore subject to correction.  We regret any inconvenience.  

• Nature of Ceramics: Due to the inherent nature of ceramics produced by foreign and domestic manufacturers, there may be slight imperfections and irregularities which should not be perceived as defective.  For example: two tone items may have tiny spots of color in a white area.  Variations in materials, firing temperatures & color pigments may result in variations in glaze & decoration colors.  Ounce, size, and measurements are approximate and may vary from batch to batch, and within each batch.  These variations are within industry standards & therefore should be considered acceptable.  We do strive to produce quality pieces and do not ship products which we believe to be unacceptable to industry quality standards.
