ARTWORK FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Artwork is to be submitted as camera ready artwork, which is defined as black and white color separated positive image with clean sharp lines that does not require any alterations (except for re-sizing). The following are not considered camera ready artwork: photocopies, faxed art, sketches, stationary, business cards, and other imprinted products. Faust Heirlooms reserves the right to reject any art that is not considered camera ready art.

ELECTRONIC ART
Artwork may be provided on a 3.5" high density floppy disk, zip-disk (100MB), CD-ROM, or via email. (Note: Emails must specify buyers name and order #) We accept the following formats:
PC: Corel Draw Version 8 (files saved as .CDR)
      Files saved as .EPS
MAC: Adobe Illustrator Version (files saved as .AI)
        Files saved as .EPS
Other file formats may be acceptable (at 350 dpi or higher) depending on the art. Half-tones, gray-scales, and shades are not acceptable. Only solid black and white artwork.  All fonts must be converted to curves, paths or outlines. All font names used in the artwork must be supplied.
Art Reminders:
-Compress files using WinZip before emailing.
-Images on the internet are usually only 72 dpi and are not useable.
-Convert all fonts to curves, paths or outlines.

ART CHARGES
Artwork provided in a low resolution file or needing any changes other than resizing can be edited by our art department. Art charges are given on a per quote basis since each job is different. Art charges are based on a fee of $45 per hour with a minimum of $11.25 charge.

TYPESETTING
Only need text (no design) to be imprinted, we will typeset up to 50 characters including spaces for FREE. Over 50 characters $12.50 charge applies up to 200 characters including spaces. Need more characters please email information for quote. All copy must be submitted typewritten to avoid misinterpretation.
